IP vouchers
Financial intervention in specific services aimed at supporting SME’s innovation strategy
Subsidies co-financed by Région Wallonne and European Development Fund:
Eligible services, subsidized up to 75%
– Novelty/Patentability searches
– Freedom to practice searches
– Opposition searches
– State of the art searches
– Patent mapping
– Establishment of watches

Patent filing aid
Financial intervention in patent procurement procedures
Subsidies financed by Region Wallonne:
PATDE : covers 40% or 50% of costs linked to a first filing
PATEX : covers 50% of costs linked to territorial extensions at national /regional (PATEX 2) or international (PATEX 1) levels
PATOP : covers 50% of costs linked to defense to an opposition procedure as patentee
Eligible services :
All costs linked to services billed after (compulsory) filing of a Declaration d’ Intention (to be submitted for each project )

Diagnosis or growth support vouchers
Financial intervention in specific services aimed at supporting SME’s development and growth
Subsidies co-financed by Region Wallonne and European Development Fund
Eligible services, subsidized at 50%:
Eligible services :
– Trade Secrets Audits and Management services
– Invention Mining sessions
– Set-up of Intellectual Property Strategy in line with SME’s development objectives
– Analysis and presentation of SME’s Intellectual Property Portfolio in line with strategic and commercial activity of the enterprise
– Assistance in Intellectual Property-based license and transfer agreements, technology transfer agreements and distribution agreements
