An enthusiastic colleague to give support to our Patent Attorneys and to take care of the follow-up of our clients’ files in Patent cases.
Amongst others : Drafting letters and official documents – Taking care of correspondence to and from our clients and our foreign agents – Accurate database input and docketing of electronic files – Independent monitoring of agenda and deadlines – Administration and follow-up of files, invoices and of billing – Contact with clients by phone, e-mail or in meetings – Mailbox management – Work together with other colleagues in team.
You have a degree in Administrative Orientation / Office Management – With relevant experience in follow-up of administrative procedures. Experience within the field of Patents is considered a plus – Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, written and oral and basic knowledge of French is a must – Affinity with MS Office, internet research and database management – Responsible with an eye for precision – Able to work independently with respect to procedures and workflows – Eager to learn and flexible – Stress resistant and able to cope with tight deadlines – Motivated with a positive attitude – Able to work alone but also in a small team
