An executive Assistant to our Managing Partner.
With multiple things grabbing our MP’s attention, we need a highly organized person to support him in the day-to-day activities. You’ll manage administrative tasks for our MP and leadership team, key stakeholders and by proxy the broader team where needed – You’ll act as an intermediary for internal and external contacts
This position is a key role and will be responsible for : calendar management – preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, materials and presentations – follow up on action points to ensure timely completion – organization of confidential information and ensure easy access to relevant information – travel management, booking restaurants, ordering gifts/flowers.
You will also support the MP and leadership team in special projects, strategic initiatives and ad-hoc assignments.
Minimum 2 years of supporting high level executives in a dynamic environment – Excellent organizational and time management skills – Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively – Fluent in English, written and oral, with mother tongue either Dutch or French – Proficient in MS Office, email and calendar applications and meeting tools – Equipped with common sense and problem-solving abilities – Stress resistant – Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work – Discrete and able to handle confidential matters – Eager to explore the world of IP.
