Experience
Assieh has been working in the field of Intellectual Property for more than 20 years. She has worked for 11 years in industrial property within the Rhone-Poulenc Group (Rhône-Poulenc Rorer, Rhone-Poulenc Chimie, Rhodia) and the Sanofi Group; and for other law firms specialized in IP. Assieh has also worked as a research chemist at the Institut de Chimie des Substances Naturelles (CNRS), Gif sur Yvette. Assieh is an European and French patent attorney, and member of the European Patent Institute (EPI). She advises/represents clients in all aspects of patent practice including prosecution, opposition and appeal before the EPO, as well as enforcement, freedom to operate and validity issues. Assieh has also solid experience in life cycle management of pharmaceutical products and anti-counterfeiting, of pharmaceutical products.
