Anne Desmousseaux

Anne is attorney at GEVERS France since 2008. She is specialized in trademarks and patent designs, copyright and strategic management of IP rights, with a particular focus on luxury industry, hotel management facilities and recreationnal ressorts, food industry, litigation and agreements. She has experience in unfair competition, domain names and custom withholding procedures.

Experience

She holds a Master in Law, BA and as an IP Degree (CEIPI). She worked in a US IP Firm in Alexandria, VA and Bredema formerly Bouju Derambure Bugnion. She is a member of INTA (International Trademark Association), the Design Rights Committee, ECTA (European Trademark Association), AIPPI, the Board of directors of French Trademark Association (APRAM), Board of directors of the European American Chamber of Commerce (EACC), Director of the IP Committee and Member of the Legal Committee, HIPLA (Houston Intellectual Property Law Association).
