The future prospects for Intellectual Property in the EU: 2012-2022.

With 100 years of contributions from eminent specialists in patents, trademarks and copyright, the Review of Intellectual Property Law "L'Ingénieur Conseil", founded in May 1911, has become the main reference for practitioners, courts and tribunals and, on a wider scale, all experts in the field of intellectual property.

On the occasion of this centenary, GEVERS as the scientific editor and the editorial Board of this Review have decided to publish a special book devoted to strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights in the European Union.

Led by Michel Barnier, European Commissioner in charge of the Internal Market and Services, it brings together the contributions from 14 leading practitioners in intellectual property rights hailing from all over the world.
