Gabriel and GLN have joined GEVERS since 2010. He is specialized in patent law, including prosecution and enforcement of patent rights, licencing and litigation, with a particular focus on European and Swiss procedures and legal issues. He has experience in opposition procedures, legal and technical opinion if the frame of arbitration or legal disputes.

 

Competence

He advises you on general IP strategy, managment of patents portfolio, negociation of agreements, patentability or freedom to operate questions. He defends you in opposition procedures or infringment issues. His clients include national corporations, international corporations notably in the field of watchmaking and luxury industry. His recent cases include defense and prosecution in the field of microtechnic and medtech.

 

Experience

He is graduated from the ENSC in Mulhouse (France) and the CEIPI in Strasbourg (France). He is a member of AROPI and gives lectures about patent system at FSRM (Swiss Foundation in Microtechnic Research).
