Fulltime administrative officer - GEVERS Patents Diegem

Who are we looking for?

An administrative talent to work closely with other team members in a dynamic environment to take care of the administration of general activities including, but not limited to  renewal and mutation of any patents, follow up and completion of corresponding procedures and related services.

You provide support to attorneys and other departments in preparing, creating and maintaining documents that are relevant to perform those activities.   

 

Your responsibilities

Handling administrative tasks with respect to patent files   with a focus on validations, renewals, mutations. Managing correspondence with authorities and agents regarding those procedures. Correct and timely follow-up of necessary translations. Working according to deadlines and internal service level agreements. Checking and verifying databases and official documents to ascertain the accuracy of information. Invoicing on a regular base, according to internal guidelines and timelines.

 

Your profile

You have a Bachelor in Administrative Orientation / Office Management / Languages or equivalent by experience. With mother tongue  French – excellent  knowledge, written and oral,  of English and a good basic knowledge of Dutch, is a must.  You have a good knowledge of  MS Office, internet and e-mail. You ‘re a person with an eye  for detail and  precision.. You are well organized, pro-active , efficient  and able to work with tight deadlines. – You have excellent communication skills  and are client oriented. You have sense  for responsibility and confidentiality – You have  a positive team spirit and are willing to work in flexible hours.
