Jos is attorney at GEVERS Belgium since 1989. He is specialized in mechanical, biological and chemical engineering as well as in plant breeders' rights.

 

Competence

He advises you on drafting and prosecuting patent applications and oppositions. He is also experienced in advising and assisting in litigation proceedings. He is responsible in plant breeders' rights

 

Experience

He is graduated Agricultural Engineer from the University of Leuven (Belgium). Before he joined GEVERS, he has worked in the patent field in another private patent office. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of patents and is member of EPI.
