Samuel is specialized in patent portfolio management, with a particular focus on strategy to put in place for efficient IP management. His technical expertise includes physics, mechanics, electronics, ICT and computer implemented inventions. He advises you on patentability of inventions, IP strategy, patent infringement and enforcement, patent validity and license agreements. He defends you in oppositions and appeals at the EPO, national and international litigations.
