Raymond Bindels

Raymond is attorney at GEVERS Belgium since 2007. He is specialized in intellectual property law, with a particular focus on trademark & design related issues. He has experience in litigating national and international cases.

Competence

He advises you on trademark and design filing issues and strategy, IPR conflicts and trademark oppositions, portfolio audits, drafting agreements. He acts as expert in connection to descriptive seizures and defends you in trademark and design litigation cases. His clients include national corporations, international corporations, represetantive organisations, designers, consultancy firms, communication agencies and other law firms.

Experience

He holds a Master in Law from the University of Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium) and followed specialised lessons of the "LLM in European Competition and Intellectual Property Law", University of Liège (Belgium). He has worked from 2002 to 2007, as a Member of the Liege Bar as well as from 2004 to 2006, as an Assistant at the U.C.L. Law faculty. He published articles about human right law, civil litigation law and trademark law.
