Patrice Durand

Patrice joined GEVERS France in 2003 where he acts as a French and European Patent Attorney. His activity encompasses patent grant procedures in France and abroad, patent litigation in France and abroad, oral proceedings before the European Patent Office as well as freedom to operate opinions.

Competence

He advises you on patent grant procedures and legal actions (infringement, nullity, ownership claiming, salaried person inventions). His clients include national and international corporations.

Experience

He is graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Paris and the Strasbourg Law School. He is a member of the European Patent Institute (EPI), the French Chartered Institute of IP Attorneys (CNCPI), the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), the "Association des Praticiens Européens des Brevets" (APEB).
