Ludivine advises on drafting patent applications, prosecutions and oppositions, valorization, IP portfolio management, and freedom to operate. She defends in infringement, ownership and opposition litigation cases.
Ludivine graduated as Chemical and Biochemical Engineer from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium), and is a European and Belgian patent attorney. She worked at the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Research for five years and is a member of epi and EPPC (European Patent Practice Committee).
