European Patent Attorney
Jean-Jacques is a qualified European Patent Attorney, with competences in all fields of Patent and Design practice, and an enhanced focus and expertise in IP Strategy, acquired through his role as Patent Manager for a leading consumer goods company.
He advises you on maximizing the value of your IP for your business, aligning it with your commercial strategy. He can assist you at various stages of your innovation and commercialisation process, with a view to creating and managing the IP you need to deliver your business objectives.
He has a wide experience in prosecution and opposition with the EPO, freedom to practice analysis, and patent and design litigation in Europe, including multi-jurisdiction case coordination.
He graduated as Chemical Engineer from the Ecole Nationale de Chimie de Strasbourg, and holds the CEIPI diploma. He later qualified as a European Patent Attorney. He spend over 30 years with Procter and Gamble as in-house Patent Attorney, with increased responsibilities in various technological fields, culminating with the role of Head of the Patent group in Europe.
