IP Junior Attorney GEVERS Legal - Antwerp


A junior attorney with an interest in Intellectual Property (trademark, design law and copyright law and associated branches of law) – Good communication and organizational skills – Client-oriented, flexible and commercial approach – Able to rapidly assimilate the subject matter and integrate in the team – Sense of responsibility, stress resistance and flexibility are key.



You will advise innovative companies and be directly involved in all aspects of protecting their intellectual property – In time you will be able to work independently and you will have final responsibility for the cases you deal with – You look after the client’s interests in dealing with the BOIP, the EU-IPO, other foreign offices and agents – You will handle contracting files and litigation cases – Your close links with your colleagues within the GEVERS group will ensure that you are always able to give clients the best possible advice about further possibilities of protecting each innovation.



Law degree, with additional IP degree are a minimum requirement – Some years of working experience are a plus – With Dutch as mother tongue and excellent command of English and French, written and oral – Responsible, with an eye for detail – Eager to learn and flexible –Stress resistant and able to cope with tight deadlines – Motivated with a positive attitude – Able to handle files independently – a team-player.
