HR & Business Support Officer

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A dynamic colleague providing administrative and operational support to our HR Manager and Business management in their daily work.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll be involved in the support of HR related tasks such as recruitment, training, internal events, internal communication and time management. You will support the Business with their needs on travels, meetings, seminars and social events. Different ad hoc tasks will also be part of you package such as: taking care of correspondence, expense notes ,… And when the occasion arises, you can take part in company projects.

 

YOUR PROFILE

You have a bachelor degree in Administrative Orientation / Office Management or equivalent by experience. Experience in an HR environment is considered a plus. Excellent knowledge of Dutch / French and very good knowledge of English – Proficient in MS Office  - Comfortable working with social media – Discrete and able to handle confidential matters – Meticulous and well organized with a pro-active mindset – Stress resilient and able to cope with tight deadlines – Highly motivated with a positive work attitude – Able to work in a team but also independently – Organizational talent that can easily manage different projects at the same time
