Fulltime assistant (Trademarks) GEVERS Legal
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
An assistant to give support to our secretarial and paralegal team and attorneys within trademark and design law and associated branches of law, and take care of the follow-up of their files (researches, filing of trademarks and models, advices and disputes).
Amongst others: Drafting letters and official documents – contact with clients by phone or e-mail – preparation of legal files - work together with other colleagues – administration and follow-up of files, offers, invoices and billing – accurate database input - contact with clients by phone or e-mail – work together with other colleagues – independent monitoring of deadlines.
You have a degree in an Administrative Orientation / Office Management / Languages or equivalent by experience – With perfect knowledge of Dutch and excellent command of English and French, written and oral – Affinity with MS Office, internet and e-mail – Excellent language and communication skills – An eye for administrative and juridical precision – Sense of responsibility – Able to work alone but also in a team – Eager to learn and flexible – Stress resistant and able to cope with tight deadlines – Motivated with a positive attitude.
