Fulltime administrative assistant - Anti-counterfeiting Department - GEVERS Legal Diegem

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

An assistant in charge of administrative procedures regarding anti-counterfeiting (a.o. Internet monitoring, drafting and sending cease and desist letters, follow up of destruction of seized counterfeit products, etc.). 

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Amongst others : Frequent contacts with clients by phone or e-mail - work together with other colleagues on administrative monitoring of files – contact customs and external departments - accurate database input - independent monitoring of deadlines - drafting letters, offers, invoices and billing.

 

YOUR PROFILE

A Bachelor in Law or relevant experience in a legal environment is considered as a plus – you have a degree in an Administrative Orientation / Office Management –   with excellent command of French or Dutch and English, written and oral and a good knowledge of the second language Dutch/French – affinity with MS Office, internet and e-mail – excellent language and communication skills – client oriented and flexible – work conscientiously and have an eye for administrative and juridical precision – sense of responsibility and confidentiality – able to work alone but also in a team – well organized, pro-active and efficient - eager to learn and take part in innovation – stress resistant and able to cope with tight deadlines – motivated with a positive attitude - in possession of a driver’s license B.
